Cafiza Coffee Cleaner
Get coffee and tea stains off of anything with this simple cleaner. A little bit plus some hot water will leave your glass and ceramic wares looking brand new.
Background:
I learned about Cafiza during my time in the Specialty Coffee industry. Its technical use is for backflushing espresso machines. But quickly I learned that Cafiza was our secret weapon for cleaning anything in the shop.
Eventually I bought some for my home and while it is still primarily my coffee / tea related cleaner. I do find uses elsewhere.

This has gotten out the worst stains in all of my coffee gear, tea stained items, and I've even used it to get spaghetti stains out of tupperware.
How to use:
First you need hot water, right off the boil. Second, the directions say to use 6 grams for every 1 liter of water. Add that to a large bowl or cup and drop in any other things you need.
I tend to clean all the little parts of my espresso machine in it. But you could also put in silverware, glassware, or ceramics as well.
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or until the items are no longer too hot to touch. Then rinse with hot water and dry.
Final Thoughts:
I've heard of folks using it to clean all sorts of items, particularly ones that have a lingering odor, because it is so good at stripping that out.
Cafiza is made in the USA, simple and super effective. I can't recommend it enough!
